摘    要:针对电容式混合动力轿车整车控制器搭建了硬件在环试验平台,并作出了优化,实现了整个平台数据交互的“一线制”。详细论述了硬件在环试验流程,编制了上位机操控界面,配合使用基于CCP的在线标定软件在该硬件在环试验平台上对ISG电机基本助力扭矩MAP图和基本制动扭矩MAP图进行了初步标定,并在该实验台上取得了良好的仿真结果。

Abstract:A Hardware-In-Loop experiment for the Electrie Control Unit of the Super Capacitor HEV is developed and optimized,all data needed for the experiment are transmitted by CAN. The procedures for Hardware-In-Loop experiment are detailed described. A monitor and control software is developed,the initial boost torque map and the initial brake torque map for ISG motor is calibrated by this experiment in corporation with CCP e'alibration software. The control effects of this electric control unit are verified by the Hardware-In-Loop simulation results finally.
