摘    要:从数值仿真和实验两方面对接触爆炸载荷作用下舰船防护结构的破坏进行了研究.利用LS-DYNA中的ALE算法对多层防护结构在接触爆炸载荷作用下的破坏情况进行模拟,并在相同的条件下进行了实验研究,分析了不同装药量下钢板破口形状、大小和压力峰值,两者结果相比基本一致,表明数值仿真能很好地模拟实验.最后对数值仿真中钢板的塑性区域范围,以及各层板中心点处的有效应力、速度等动态参数的时间历程进行了分析,为舰船防护设计和武器战斗部设计提供依据.

Abstract:The destruction of ship defensive structure subjected to underwater contact explosions is studied with the methods of numerical simulation and experiment research.Adopting the ALE method in LS-DYNA, the multi-layer defensive structure under explosion loading is simulated, and the experiment research is also done in the same condition, then the shape and size of crevasse and the peak value of pressure are obtained, which are consistent with the result of experiment on the whole. It is indicated that the numerical simulation can do research perfectly.Finally,the plastic area and the time history of effective stress and velocity of elements in the centre are analyzed, which are helpful to ship defensive and projectile design.
