基于eM-Plant仿真的港口拖船作业系统设备配置研究

摘    要:尽可能缩短船舶在港的停留时间是提高港口竞争力的关键因素,合理高效的拖船作业流程在其中发挥着重要作用。结合港口拖船作业实例,对拖船的配备,船舶与所需拖船的匹配规则等进行了分析,基于eM—Plant软件,建立了具有阶层结构的系统仿真模型,并在此基础上对系统中的拖船设备利用率进行了讨论,为可能的改进方案提供参考依据。

Abstract:For enhancing the competitive ability of the seaport, shortening the berthing time of container ship in seaport is a key reason. Reasonable and highly efficient tugboat operation plays an important role. With a real case, a tugboat operation system of the seaport was analyzed in detail. Based on software of eM-Plant, the object-oriented simulation model was built and run. According to output data analysis, a possible better plan that can improve working percentage of tugboat in the system was presented for reference.
