| Abstract: | This text introduces the effect and relation between driver's psychological and physiological reaction and the violation in trafficrules and regulations by means of in-vestigations and statistics. On thebase of analysis, we offered the suggestion of preventing and measure should be taken, and a kind of fea-sible thinking and method about how to promote the traffic safety and re-duce the traffic accident. |
