| 摘 要： | 和谐交通体现在交通系统各个层次上的耦合过程,系统耦合界面在系统和谐构建中的作用是十分关键的,只有对耦合界面的科学分析才能探寻创造和谐的途径。交通文化是和谐交通的基础,从价值层次、制度层次、行为层次和物质层次构建先进的交通文化是建设和谐交通,实现交通发展与人类社会文明共同进步的基础。

| Abstract: | Harmonious traffic is embodied on the coupling process among various levels of traffic system.The coupling interface of the system plays an essential part in the process of constructing a harmonious system.Only through scientific analysis of the coupling interface can we explore the approaches for harmony construction.Traffic culture is the foundation of harmonious traffic.Building advanced traffic culture on the levels of value,institution,behavior and material is not only the basis of harmonious traffic construction but also the basis for realizing mutual development of traffic system and human civilization. |
