| Abstract: | The importance and connotation of the cooperative development system of the automotive enterprise is introduced. The shortage of the cooperative development system of the automotive enterprise in China from the view of development institution, behavior, harvest, group, personnel and flow is analyzed. It is considered to have the characteristic of dualism of the attribute, confluence of the knowledge, complexity of the format and independence of the strong and weak relationship. |
