摘    要:介绍了中低速磁浮列车DC-DC变换器用25kW高频功率变压器的设计,包括其磁芯材料的选择原则、参数计算、损耗计算以及效率计算的方法。试验运行结果表明所设计的高频功率变压器满足功率输出、温升等性能要求。

Abstract:Based on the DC-DC converter of maglev train with medium and low speed, the design of 25 kW high-frequency power transformer is introduced in terms of selection principle on magnetic core material and calculation methods regarding parameter, loss and efficiency. The test results show that this transformer can meet the performance requirements such as power output and temperature rise.
