船舶主机转速信号采集与无线传输模拟系统的设计

摘    要:船舶主机转速信息是反映船舶工作性能的主要参数之一,也是轮机技术人员监视主机工况的关键信息。本研究介绍了船舶信号采集与无线传输模拟系统的设计过程,及其所运用的各部件的功能和原理,通过设计模拟电路实现了船舶转速信号采集的自动化、无线化,并预测了未来船舶主机检测趋势。在一定的范围内,可以替代现有的转速显示设备或者作为备用设备,并节约了大量的工程和技术成本,实现了远程多种端口对船舶转速实时检测的显示。

Abstract:The rotative speed information of ship main engine is a main parameter for re- flecting ship working performance, and also an important information for monitoring engine conditions by turbine engineers. This paper introduces the design process of ship signal acquisition and wireless transmission simulation system and the functions and principles of all parts in use. Based on the design of analog circuit, the automating and wireless acquisition of ship rotative speed signal is achieved, and the trend of ship main engine inspection in the future is predicted. It can replace the existing rotative speed display device within limit and control the cost of engineering and technology and realize the real-time monitoring of ship rotative speed through a verity of remote ports.
