摘    要:介绍了高速加工的概念与特点,分析了影响模具高速度,高精度加工的因素,在此基础上,提出了高速数控加工的技术要求和对CAM软件的功能要求,最后介绍了高速度,高精度加工在模具制造上的应用,指出该高新技术具有广阔的应用前景,是实现模具制造高质量,短周期必不可少的加工技术,随着数控机床性能的不断提高与完善,刀具和材料性能的提高以及CAD/CAM软件功能的不断完善,高速度,高精度加工将成为未来模具制造的主流数控加工技术。

Abstract:This paper introduces the concept and features of high speed machining technology,analyzes the factors to affect the high speed and high accuracy machining for dies and on this base,puts forward the technical requirements of high speed NC machining and the function requirements of CAM software and finally introduces the applications of high speed and high accuracy machining technology in die-making.It is noted the high and new technology has a broad application prospect and is an essential machining technology to realize die-making with high quality and short production cycle.With continuous improving and perfection of NC machine performances and improving of tool and material performances as well as the continuous perfection of CAD/CAM softwares,the high speed and high accuracy machining technology shall become as a main NC machining technology for die-making in future.
