小盲孔法和磁性法测残余应力的比较

摘    要:本文对目前在焊接结构残余应力测试中应用最广的小盲孔法及磁性法进行比较。首先进行标定、得到了必要的数据及图表,然后进行测试比较。结果表明,可比性较差。文中分析了造成误差的原因,并指出,虽然目前对磁性法的测量精度还有争议,但用其检测消除焊接结构中残余应力的效果是可靠的。

Abstract:Comparison between blind hole drilling method and magnetic method, widely used in industry, is made in this paper. Before making the comparison, necessary results are obtained by defi- ning the two methods. The results of experiment show that there is a distinction between them, and the causes of the distinction are analysed. The paper points out that this kind of comparison needs to be continued further. However, though the accuracy of the magnetic method is doubted by some people, using this method to check the effect of relieving residual stress in weld- ment is reliable.
