物模断面制作自动化研究

文章依托长江下游土桥水道航道整治工程物理模型,有针对性地开发一些相关软件,直接采集外业实测数据,在地形测图上进行模型断面控制。在计算机内自动完成模型断面图形绘制及编辑。通过图形转化,最后将信息一次性输出到雕刻机中,自动进行断面板的雕刻及切割,实现物理模型断面自动化制作。建立的图形文件易在计算机中长期保存,可反复雕刻制作。

Automation of cross-sections processing in physical model test

Based on the physical model test of the regulation project for Tuqiao waterway at the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, some related softwares which could be directly applied to eollect the field data and control the section of physical model were presented in this paper.The process of section drawing was automatically accomplished by the software.Through the graphics conversion, the information was outputted to the engraving machine.Then the cross-sections of the physical model test on the panels were cut off automatically.The graphics files can be saved for a long time and be used repeatedly.
