PPS-TBM导向系统的应用与管理

国内近几年引进的隧道全断面硬岩掘进机（TBM）采用的施工导向系统均以PPS导向系统为主。结合输水隧洞TBM项目实际情况，介绍TBM的PPS导向系统的工作原理，总结该系统在安装过程中的操作步骤与应注意的施工细节，提出系统运行过程中的管理维护内容与措施；对系统出现的安装故障、测量误差超限、全站仪测量视线不通、全站仪测距板故障等施工故障排除技术和系统运行中的硬件故障检查技术进行了经验总结，以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
