自锁式预应力锚固体系的研究

摘    要:在后张预应力体系中,有时预应力锚具固定端需预埋在混凝土中的,预应力钢绞线也要同时预埋,这种施工方法存在现场施工过程繁琐、施工周期长、施工质量难以保证、钢绞线防腐蚀困难,以及构件无法预制等问题。就此介绍一种新型自锁式预应力锚固体系,该体系施工工艺简单,质量容易保证,且能适用于预制构件,特别适用在桥墩立柱、风电塔架等混凝土筒体的竖向预制拼装。主要从该体系的研究背景、结构设计、实施方案、试验研究等方面进行阐述。试验表明该体系锚固性能可靠、施工工艺简单、成本较低,能很好满足竖向预制构件的需要。

Abstract:The fixed end of post-tension prestressing systems always are embeded in concrete with stranded wire,this construction emthods always are complicated in site process with a long construction time,difficult to guarantee the construction quality and corrosion protection of strand.There are unfit for the precase components.This article reported a new self-locking prestressing anchorage system,which has a simple construction process with quality guarantee.It is fit for precase,especially for the vertical precast concrete components like bridge pier column,wind power tower,and so on.The Research background,system structure design and construction flowl are dicussed in detail.The tests verified the performances of this system are reliable and simple installlation with low cost,which can better meet the needs of vertical precast.
