汽车悬置螺栓断裂失效分析

摘    要:为查找某汽车安装螺栓的断裂原因,对螺栓进行了断口宏观、SEM电镜、化学成分、金相组织分析,并对同批次完整螺栓进行了力学性能测试。在各项理化试验的基础上,结合微观断口的形貌和断裂机理对螺栓的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:螺栓螺纹表面存在微裂纹是螺栓断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:In order to definite the failure reason of a mounting bolt used in an automobile,the experiments such as appearance examination,morphology and microstructure analysis,SEM micro-morphology analysis,chemical composition analysis and mechanical properties test were carried out.Based on the physics and chemistry experiments,the reasons of the bolts’ fracture were analyzed using micro-fracture mechanism.The results showed that the fracture of the bolts was mainly caused by the tiny crack of the surface.
