摘    要:许多城市建设经验表明,软土地区的工程建设在施工期和使用期都会产生较大的地层沉降变形,该变形的控制尚未有成功经验。文章以南京河西地区某市政工程为例,分析了深基坑开挖诱发的地层移动与地面沉降变形特征,并从基底加固范围的影响、基坑边超载的影响、围护结构质量的影响、施工降水的影响等几个方面进行了详细的分析,提出了相关施工建议。
