芜湖长江大桥维护人员血吸虫感染情况调查

摘    要:用IHA免疫学方法对芜湖长江大桥维护人员血吸虫感染情况检查表明,总阳性率为25.6%,不同单位、不同工种人员之间差异无显著性,说明接触疫水与工作性质无关。接触疫水调查结果显示,接触方式均以生活性接触为主,占92.1%,但大桥管理中心人员疫水接触率明显高于公安所人员,提示现场作业是生活性接触疫水的前提。本次调查结果提示了对大桥维护人员进行血防健康教育和加强个人防护的迫切性。

Abstract:To find out the situation of schistosome infection of the management members of Wuhu Changjing Bridge, 250 people were examined with the immunological method IHA in March 2001 The result showed that the total positive rate was 25 6%, and there were no differences among working units and types of work. The results also showed that water contact for life was the main type, taking up 91 2%, but the rate of water contact of field workers was significantly higher than that of the public security officers, indicating that fieldwork was the prerequisite of water contact. The results stated clearly the urgency of health education and individual protection for these people.
