客运专线牵引变电所接地设计研究

摘    要:通过介绍客运专线与常规铁路特性的区别,提出了客运专线牵引变电所接地设计不能以地网电阻小于0.5Ω为设计标准,应以变电所接地短路时故障点地电位满足人身及设备安全为设计标准.同时提出客运专线牵引变电所接地设计应摒弃传统的"独立接地"设计理念,而采用"综合接地"的设计方案.

Abstract:Introduces the difference of traction substation earth scheme between passenger dedicated railway and conventional railway,proposes that new design earth standard of traction substation in the passenger dedicated railway resistance should base on the earth fault point meeting the safe requirements for person and equipment instead of less than 0.5 ?. It is put forward that the traction substation should adopt "composite earth" instead of the old "independent earth" design concept in the passenger dedicated railway.
