| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了马克思的国家观与社会观产生的理论背景,并通过国家产生和存在的社会性的价值指向以及马克思关于国家消亡的理论,揭示了市民社会决定国家的唯物史观的基本观点;对马克思的国家与社会理论的阐述为我们理解和建设和谐社会与实现以人为本都具有重要的现实意义。
