| Abstract: | Based on the shortage situation of public parking facilities,the article analyzes the causes of construction and management difficulties of those facilities from the engineering economical perspective.Also,after using engineering economic theory to get the economic value on parking facilities investment project,this article gives suggestions on how to accelerate the construction of them. |
