Abstract:According to the control logic and sequence control of opposite piston opposite cylinder(OPOC) diesel engine,the control strategies and algorithm models,which included rail pressure control,state detection,fuel injection quantity calculation,logic processing and camshaft signal simulation model,were established with the software of matlab/simulink.In the model,the incremental digital PID control algorithm was used to control the rail pressure and the MAP-query was used to control the speed.The Simulink module was applied to the control strategy and algorithm model,the Stateflow module was applied in the state detection model and the dSPACE RTI RCPU module was applied in the signal acquisition and driving sub-system.On the pump test bed and diesel engine test bed,the experiment of rapid control prototype was carried out.The control strategy and control algorithm was verified and the key control parameters were acquired,which lays a foundation for the real ECU development.
