摘    要:使用高压共轨多次喷射试验台进行了主预喷射和主后喷射两种模式下高压共轨两次喷射油量随间歇时间波动的规律研究.通过试验数据系统地总结了喷油脉宽对两次喷射油量波动的影响规律.研究结果表明,两次喷射中,第2次喷射的油量波动振幅随第1次喷油脉宽的增加呈先增大、后减小的周期性波动.

Abstract:The multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation taking place in the high pressure common rail(CR) system play a major role in controlling of multi-injection quality.The Law of twice time multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation with dwell time was investigated,under pilot-main injection and main-after injection modes,on high-pressure common rail multi-injection test-bed.The influences of energizing time(ET) on multi-injection fuel quality fluctuation under various conditions were systematically summarized using experimental data.It was found that,as the first injection energizing time increased,the second injection fuel quality fluctuation amplitude was increased firstly and then decreased,it was varied cyclically.
