摘    要:针对柳州市公交车装配6105国Ⅲ发动机后燃油消耗高的问题,通过对柳州市公交车的运行工况和发动机的性能状况进行路状采样分析,对该发动机本体的增压器提出了优化匹配方案,并进行了发动机台架外特性试验、万有特性试验和路试验证,找到了降低公交车燃油消耗的最佳增压器匹配方案,使发动机长期运行在经济耗油区域,达到了节省燃油的目的,同...

Abstract:For the high fuel consumption of Liuzhou bus with 6105 state Ⅲ engine,the operating conditions and performance states of engines were analyzed,the optimized and matched scheme of turbocharger was put forward,the full load experiment,partial load experiment and road experiment were carried out and the optimal scheme of reducing fuel consumption was found.Accordingly,the engine could work in the economic area of fuel consumption,which reached the aim of fuel saving and fulfilled the requirement of emission legislation.
