Integrated Three-dimensional Development Model of Metro Station, City Square and Commercial Areas

In this paper,the author combines domestic and international experience in subway construction,analyzes Longquan East Station which is the terminal station of east extension of Chengdu metro Line 2,and studies how to properly handle the relationship among the metro station,square and commercial areas,including the integration of station public area with city square and commercial areas,the combination of station entrances and property buildings,the connection among underground developing areas.The author puts forward corresponding design ideas and solutions,analyses the layout of station and surrounding land planning,and describes the integrated design of traffic streamlines of station and outside communication,special treatment of underground projects.In the end,the author proposes a three-dimensional development model for metro station,city square and commerce areas.
