洋碰隧道右线出口突水突泥段的施工技术

摘    要:洋碰隧道位于京珠高速公路粤境北段,所处山体地质复杂,穿越20多条断层破碎带,在施工过程中,右线出口F12、F16、F17断层破碎带交汇处出现较大规模的突水突泥,使掌子面处的初期支护遭到破坏,100余m长的已施工段被涌出的泥沙堵塞,对此,采用了注浆加固坍塌体,长管棚超前支护,CRD工法开挖等施工措施,顺利地通过塌方段。

Abstract:The geological conditions of Yangpeng Tunnel of Beijing-Zhuhai trunk highway are very complicated There are more than 20 locations of fault zone in the whole tunnel Inrush of clay and water on a large scale occurred at the junction zone of fault F12 F16 F17 on the right tube during the construction. This damaged the primary support that had been constructed, and blocked more than 100m of the tube Super-fast-grouting, long pipe arch supporting and CRD method were used to solve the problem.
