摘    要:对当前限制铁谱分析及故障诊断技术发展和推广的磨粒分析与特征量化描述问题进行了系统、深入的研究。在引入计算机视觉技术的基础上,通过改进通用图像特征描述参数和提出新参数等方法,一共研究了超过100个磨粒参数,通过对现有参数的分析筛选,形成了一套较为完备的磨粒特征描述体系。

Abstract:The wearing debris analysis and the quantification characterization of its micrography are the two important elements which baffle the development and application of ferrography monitoring and diagnosis. Through the comprehensive research in depth, over 100 debris character parameters have been studied, based on the introduction of computer vision technique and the improvement of computer image process and analysis. By analyzing and filtering the present parameters, a complete set of debris quantification characterization comes into being.
