Abstract: | Aiming at improving the drawbacks of traditional tire groove depth measurement tools, such as low detection efficiency, inaccurate data, very few measurement dimensions and poor ductility, a handheld intelligent system for tire groove depth measurement is designed. The system consists of a handheld intelligent detection equipment, a mobile phone app and a cloud platform. The handheld tire detection equipment is used to collect and process the tire groove depth data, which will be displayed on the mobile phone app screen and analyzed and stored in the cloud platform. The test results show strong anti-interference ability of the algorithm for processing the tire tread depth measurements. The handheld intelligent detection system has high precision and measuring efficiency with strong scalability. The average detection time for each tire is 4s and the measurement error is
within 3.5%. |
