摘    要:文章旨在对高压共轨系统喷油特性从理论和测试两方面进行深入分析,以博世第2代共轨系统CRSN2为研究对象,应用INCA5.4标定软件,对系统的喷油特性,进行了综合完整的在线标定实验。测试数据明显地反映了不同的喷油特性对于柴油机动力性、经济性及排放等各方面性能的影响。同时,在理论上从燃油喷射和缸内燃烧的角度详尽地分析了喷油特性对柴油机性能影响的原因,进一步验证了测试结果。

Influence of Injection Characteristics on Diesel Engine Performance Based on Bosch Common Rail System
Abstract:Aimed at analyzing the injection characteristics of high pressure common rail system from the both sides of theory and test,taking Bosch 2nd generation common rail system CRSN2 as the research object,with INCA 5.4 calibration software integrated on-line calibration experiments on injection characteristics are conducted.The test data shows that the influence of injection characteristics on engine dynamic performance is obvious,such as dynamic,fuel economy and emission.At the same time,the reason of the injection characteristics influenced on diesel engine performance is analyzed from the fuel injection and the combustion within cylinder in theory,therefore the test results are further validated.
