作为一种新兴的健康看护模式,普适健康看护(PHC)在支持看护对象移动性的同时,可提供持续的健康看护以及实时异常检测的能力。目前,实际商用监测设备或原型系统所提供的看护服务在实时性、执行效率以及上下文敏感的异常检测可靠性等方面与理想的PHC服务还存在巨大的差距。本文重点调研了当前PHC系统的应用原型、系统模型以及上下文感知异常检测技术,并展望了PHC技术的发展趋势。

A Survey of Pervasive Computing in Healthcare

Pervasive Heahhcare （PHC） is a new healthcare model that enables patient mobility and provides the capabilities of continuous health monitoring and timely detection of anomalies. Nowa- days, there is still a huge gap between the ideal PHC services and the remote patient monitoring ser- vices provided by the commercially available portable monitoring equipments and prototype systems, comparing their real-time capability, effectiveness and reliability of context-sensitive anomaly detec- tion.
