提升机料斗避免粘料设计方法

摘    要:针对斗式提升机料斗底部易黏结黏性物料的现象,对黏结积料进行动力学分析.建立起黏结积料在卸料过程中能自动脱离料斗的驱动滚筒、料斗和提升物料之间参数的约束关系。为克服直接利用多元非线性优化方法难以得到最优参数的缺陷,结合工程特点给出了简洁的参数确定方法。

Abstract:Aimed at the phenomenon that the bottom of hopper of hoist is easily stuck with adhesive material, dynamics analysis on adhesive material is carried out, restrict relation on parameters which separate material from driven drum and hopper during unloading is built. In order to get over the fault that it is hard to obtain optimum parameters directly using multi-element non-linear optimized method, brief parameter determination method is given in combination with characteristics of project.
