公路建设项目社会稳定风险分析关键技术研究

文章以社会稳定风险分析这一热点问题为研究对象,以公路建设领域为依托,构建了社会稳定风险分析的体系框架；针对风险调查、风险识别、风险估计、等级判定4个主要的研究方面,对社会稳定风险分析的关键技术进行了深入分析,并对专家经验法在风险估计中的应用进行了重点介绍.最后,文章以安徽省北沿江高速公路为例,介绍了上述方法在工程实践中的应用,并对社会稳定风险分析下一步的研究重点给出了建议.

Research on the Key Technology of Social Stability Risk Analysis for Highway Construction Project

This article first established the system frame of highway construction project social stability risk analysis, then the key technologies involved were analyzed in risk investigation, risk identification, risk estimation and risk level calculation, and the expert experience method was also described in detail as a key technology in risk estimation. At last, the social stability risk analysis of North Yanjiang highway in Anhui province was taken as an example to introduce the application in this article. The next research of social stability risk analysis was also given in this article.
