特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输的运行计划研究

特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输的运量大、时限要求紧，容易导致区域内运能紧张，并造成短时间内运输秩序紊乱和运输质量下降。本文提出制定列车运行计划的方法，对运输能力进行合理利用，统筹规划铁路运输生产，可以较好地解决该问题。在分析运行计划制定要求的基础上，建立特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输运行模型。从特殊需求的自身规律出发，运用知识系统和案例推理相结合的方法选择运输径路，设计基于固定点号的运行计划安排算法，在选定的运输径路上安排运行计划。提出突发事件情况下的运行计划调整方法。依据该模型算法，开发出相应的软件。通过实例验证，制定的运行计划合理可行，还能针对突发事件进行调整，可为特殊需求的大规模集中铁路运输提供有效的决策支持。

The Research of Train Operation Plan of Aggregate Transport on the Special Requirement

The aggregate rail transport on the special requirement(ARTSR) has a great volume of traffic with a great urgency,which may easily cause the traffic tension of the area,the disruption of working in some periods and the decline of transport efficiency.The paper proposed a method of composing a train operation plan before transport,which can program traffic capacity overall and can make the transport working in order,so it may solve the problem well.By analyzing the requirement of composing a train operation plan,the paper designed a model of the ARTSR.The paper showed a way combining KBS(Knowledge Based System) and CBR(Case Based Ratiocination) to choose the transport routes,and proposed a programmed algorithm based on a method of the fixed train path by the regular characteristic of ARTSR,which could arrange the train schedule on the chosen transport routes.The paper gave an adjusting method to the emergency too.By the model and the algorithm of ARTSR,we had developed a software for it.The paper gave an example to verify the software,and the result showed that the composed train operation plan was reasonable and it could adjust flexibly due to the emergency,so it can give effectively decision support for ARTSR.
