| 摘 要： | 投资项目的敏感性分析是通过对项目各不确定因素在未来发生变化时对经济评价指标影响程度的比较，找出敏感因素提出相应对策。敏感性分析是投资项目中一个重要的环节，为项目进行风险分析提供重要依据，从而有助于提高决策的可靠性。以单因素敏感性分析的方法为基础，以净现值（NPV）为经济评价指标，利用excel软件绘制敏感性分析图，对某投资项目进行深入的分析，最终得出对项目净现值最为敏感的因素。

| Abstract: | The sensitivity analysis of project is to find the sensitivity factors and raise suitable strategies based on comparing the degree to affect the economic evaluation indicator in the future. The sensitivity a- nalysis is an important process of one project and it provides important basis to risk analysis. In this paper, the investment project is analyzed through mono-factor sensitivity analysis method. The NPV is used as e- conomic evaluation indicator and the sensitivity analysis chart is drawn by excel. Ultimately, the most sen- sitive factor is obtained. |
