| 摘 要： | 事前或是事中对交通组织方案的客观评价，将直接决定整个决策水平和事故的处理效率。根据交通组织设计方案特性和方案实施后高速公路运行状况选定技术性与效益性评价指标体系，通过层次分析法对指标及其隶属度进行模糊计算，并根据已有研究得出指标分级阈值，最终得出方案评价等级。

| Abstract: | Either beforehand or the decision, objective evaluation of traffic organization scheme will directly determine the decision-making levels and accident treatment efficiency. This article according to the design characteristics and highway operation condition after the implementation of the scheme, selecting technical and benefit evaluation index system, to fuzzy measure on indicators and their membership by analytic hier- archy process, has concluded that index rating threshold based on the research. Eventually got scheme evaluation level, to provide the scientific basis for highway management and organization plan formulation. |
