| 摘 要： | 用PMIO剂量一效应函数、人力资源法、污染损失率法分别对兰州市实行尾号限行后大气污染对人体健康和农业造成的经济损失减少值进行估算，并以上述估算结果为基础，说明实施尾号限行后带来诸多的经济价值和社会价值。

| Abstract: | PM10 dose effect function , HC and pollution loss rate method were adopted to estimate air pollution on human health and economic losses of agriculture after the method of limiting tail number on car was put into practice in Lanzhou. Based on above estimation results, to demonstrate that it brings us a lot of economic value and social value. |
