海河河口挡潮闸的泥沙问题

摘    要:本文根据辽河河口西水道、海河河口建闸前后与套尔河河口的实测资料,总结出淤泥质河口的河床演变,除纳潮量而外,还有三个重要的动力参变数:a.年径流量/年纳潮量即Qr/Qt的比值,b.纳潮量沿程递减率(涨潮)及递增率(落潮)即ΔQt/Δx,c.时段年输沙量减少/时段年径流量减少即ΔG/ΔQr。对于海河河口闸下减淤问题,根据上述与河床演变有关因素,作出了建议:a.把河口段改建成半潮汐通道,及b.提出修建闸下防沙导流堤的原则。

The Sedimentation Problem of Haihe Estuary Check Gate
Abstract:Basing on the measured field data of the West Passage of Liaohe Estuary,Haihe Estuary before and after the construction of check gate and Tao—er—he Estuary,it is summarized that besides the tidal discharge volume, there are three important parameters: a. Qr/ Qt, (annual runoff of river)/(annual tidal discharge Volume)b. ΔQt/ΔX,the rate of variation of tidal discharge volume along the course,c. ΔG/ΔQr,the ratio of change of sediment discharge to the change of run—off during the period studied.For the purpose to mimimize the sedimentation below the check gate,in accordance with these parameters given above,the proposals are presented:a. To reconstruct the estuary to a semi—free tidal passage to increase the tidal discharge volume; b. To extend the longitudinal dike below the check gate to minimize sedimentation.
