基于断裂力学原理的水泥混凝土路面开裂研究

摘    要:从断裂力学角度对水泥砼面层与基层接触界面的破坏过程进行分析。计算出3种典型轮载下引起断板的临界长度;通过无损检测,探测出可能产生断板部位的裂缝长度;比较二者,可知混凝土路面是否即将断裂。用此方法可及早发现可能产生断板的部位,以采取适当防护措施延长公路使用寿命。

Abstract:Fracture failure of concrete pavement under low stress state is very outstanding. In this paper, the failure process of contact layer between the concrete surface and base course was analyzed based on the principle of fracture mechanics. The analysis indicated that the interface between the surface and the base was not slide contact interface idealized by the model of pavement theory. There was a transition layer between the surface and the base. The failure of the transition layer was the ultimate reason leading to the failure of concrete pavement under low stress station. The critical length of fracture slab arosed by three classic loads was calculated and the crack length in the pavement could be detected by lossless detection. So that concrete pavement would or not rupture could be judged by compare.
