摘    要:针对船舶轴承故障频发的现状,从设备整体的角度出发,综合考虑被监测对象内部各零部件之间的相互作用关系,研究多种信息的有效获取方法及其与设备故障间的内在关系,研制了一种轴承监测系统,能够有效监测轴承状态,诊断故障,使得船员能够及时了解轴承状态,对将要发生故障的轴承进行预防性维修。

Development of bearing monitoring system based on multivariate information fusion
Abstract:In view of the current situation of the ship bearings which fail frequently,comprehensive analysis is taken for the interaction among the components of all parts that are monitored. The effective ways of obtaining variety information and the internal relationship of the bearing faults are studied. Then,a bearing monitoring system is developed,which can monitor the bearing status and diagnose the faults effectively. By developing this system,the crew can understand the situation of the bearing promptly and take appropriate measures such as preventive repair to the bearing which may fail in respect.
