| 摘 要： | 文章以某船空调系统为例,检测舱室空调噪声情况,分析船舶空调噪声产生的原因,针对管路设计、布风器结构、风机选型、气流速度调节等存在的缺陷进行建模研究,探究消除空调噪声的方法。结合建模仿真和分析,给出加装消声器、布风器改造等改进措施和日常管理建议,以降低空调噪声。

| Abstract: | Taking the marine air-conditioning system of some ship as example,we detected the air-conditioning noise in the cabin,analyzed the reasons for noise generated,established the model to discover the defects on the pipeline design,the air distribution structure,the fan selection,the air flow rate regulation,and finally found the ways to eliminate the noise of air-conditioning. Through modeling calculation and analysis,we advised to install muffler,restructure the air distribution and provided daily management suggestion to reduce the noise. |
