水压计程仪船首管路测速故障的陆上排查方法

水压计程仪的水压管路故障会导致计程仪无法测量速度,文章基于水压计程仪的工作原理和水压管路的系统组成,针对管路渗透、阀件损坏和管路拥堵3种可能故障原因,分别制定了相应的陆上排查方案,实际工程应用表明了该方案的有效性和可行性,最后给出了水压计程仪的维修及使用建议,对该装备的维修保障工作具有重要的借鉴意义。

Onshore fault elimination for velocity measurement on bow pipe line with water-pressure speed log

Water-pressure speed log can＇ t measure velocity because of water-pressure pipeline faults including pipeline infiltration,valve damage and pipeline blockage. Based on the principle and the structure of the waterpressure speed log and its pipeline,the onshore fault elimination methods are presented separately. The applications show that the proposed meathods are feasible and practical. At the last,the valuable,reference is provided for maintaining support of water-pressure speed log.
