| 摘 要： | 分析了气缸压缩压力与起动电流、起动转速的关系,设计了相关的传感器及测试分析软件,通过实测多缸柴油机的起动过程,得出了一种测试多缸柴油机最大气缸压缩压力的方法,实测情况说明该测试方法能克服传统测试方法的不足,能准确测试多缸发动机各缸的最大压缩压力。

| Abstract: | The relationships of cylinder compression pressure with starting current and starting speed were analyzed and the related sensors and the analyzing software for testing were designed.By measuring and analyzing starting current and starting speed of multi-cylinder diesel engine,the method of testing the maximum cylinder compression pressure was acquired.The result indicates that the method can measure the maximum compression pressure for each cylinder accurately because of its overcoming the disadvantages of... |
