Discussion Reform of The Operation Management Mode for Rail Power Supply

It introduces current status of the operation management mode of Qinhuangdao-shenyang dedicated passenger line, as well as its operation at present stage. Advantages and disadvantages of edtrusted operation and maintenance were analyzed. The paper also puts forward feasible and practical measures of reform, in combination of the leapfrog development strategy of Chinese Railways.
