大白鼠腓肠神经A类传入纤维诱发的脊髓背表面电位

摘    要:刺激50只大白鼠腓肠神经A类纤维所诱发的脊髓背表面电位由N_1—N_2—P_1波组成,与猫等所见类似。P_1波时程较短为其特征。用分级剌激、传导速度比较和直流电阻断等方法证实:N_1波由A_β纤维引起;N_2波主要由Aδ纤维引起,A_β纤维也参与了N_2波的形成;P_1波主要由A_β纤维引起,Aδ纤维也参与了P_2波的形成。结果表明,记录大白鼠脊髓背表面电位可作为研究突触前抑制和镇痛原理的一个较为方便的动物模型。


The Cord Dorsal Potentials Evoked by A—afferent Fibers in the Sural Nerve in Rats
Abstract:The cord dorsal potentials (CDP) have not been investigated systematically in rats. The present paper diseribes the CDP evoked by A-afferent fibers in the sural nerve in 50 adult rats, The rat CDP is composed of negative (N_1, N_2) and positive (P_1) waves, which are similar to those of CDP in eats and monkeys, except that the time course of the P_1 wave is much shorter. The results obtained by the methods of grading stimulation, conduction velocity measurement and D-e polarization block indicate that N_1—wave is evoked by A_β fibers, N_2-wave is mainly evoked by A_δ fibers and Aa fibers as well, P_1-wave is evoked mainly by A_β fibers and partly by A_δ fibers. Our work has provided a new animal model for investigating presynaptic inhibition and the mechanism of analgesia,
