| 摘 要： | 铝合金作为制造轻量化车体的最重要的结构材料正在得到广泛的应用,几乎占据了200 km/h以上速度动车组的全部份额.在工业发达国家,轨道交通的用铝量占总消费的15%左右.筒述了国内外铝合金车辆及用于制造铝合金车体的铝合金材料的发展情况,以及当前国内铝合金车体及所用铝合金材料技术发展所遇到的问题.分析了建立轨道交通行业铝合金材料知识库的必要性和可行性.及时建立铝合金材料的知识库,不仅为高速动车组和客车铝合金车体提供帮助,也有助于推动形成铝合金车体设计制造技术的知识产权.提出了铝合金材料知识库的主要内容和建立知识库的主要途径与方法.

| Abstract: | This article briefly describes the development of the aluminum car-body and aluminum materials used for rolling stocks,points out the existing problems in the development process of rolling stocks with aluminum car-body in China;then analyzes the necessity and possibility to build a knowledge-bases reservoir of aluminum materials,discusses the main content of the aluminum materials knowledge-based reservoir and the way to build this reservoir. |
