| 摘 要： | 随着我国铁路建设的不断发展,铁路建设资金的投入在不断加大.因此,对投资管理和控制的研究就显得尤为重要.本文详细探讨了可行性研究阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段以及施工图阶段影响投资管理的原因.并且,给出了投资控制所采取的具体措施.从而,证明了提高铁路建设工程投资管理和控制水平的重要性.
