西堠门大桥环氧沥青桥面铺装施工工艺及质量控制

西堠门大桥为主跨1650 m的分离式双钢箱梁悬索桥.钢桥面板采用环氧沥青铺装,结合环氧沥青混合料的材料特点及铺装施工的要求,从原材料及其配合比、生产与运输以及摊铺施工等方面论述了铺装的施工工艺;针对工程具备的铺装长度长和桥面风大的不利因素以及防杂物、防水工作等重点难点工程,制定了针对性质量控制措施.经抽查检验,铺装效果良好.

Construction Technology and Quality Control of Epoxy Asphalt Deck Surfacing of Xihoumen Bridge

Xihoumen Bridge is a separated twin steel box girder suspension bridge with a main span 1 650 m and the steel deck of the Bridge is surfaced by the epoxy asphalt. In accordance with the characteristics of the epoxy asphalt mixture and the construction requirements for surfacing of the deck, the construction technology for the surfacing of the deck are described from several aspects of the raw materials, mix proportioning, production, transportation and surfacing. In the light of the unfavorable factors that surfacing length is long, the wind is strong at the deck level and the prevention of foreign matters and water is difficult, the purposeful quality control measures are formulated. The sampling inspection of the deck surfacing shows that the effect of the surfacing is sound.
