| 摘 要： | 为了解各船艇之间总的操纵性能是否满足安全要求,本文运用IMO等有关船艇操纵性能的衡准,确定了综合评估指标;基于灰色理论中的灰色关联分析法建立了船艇操纵性能进行综合评判模型,并选择了4种典型船艇进行了论证。结果分析表明,此评估模型正确,方法简单易行,对操纵者掌握、了解各船艇总的操纵性能和实际操纵具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | In order to know if all ship general maneuverability satisfy their safety requests,IMO and other ship maneuverability criteria are used for establishing assessment indices,and grey relational analysis method of grey system is applied for constructing a mathematical model on comprehensive assessment for all ship general maneuverability,then four sours' of ships are chosen to be judged for their general maneuverability.The test result indicates that the model is right and easy for assessment.It is of great guidable meaning in knowing and grasping ship general maneuverability and steering ship for practicers. |
