Application of Bridge Aesthetics

Bridge aesthetics is a complex subject with multi-level and multi-dimension, the ultimate object of the design and research of which is to give-full to the aesthetics effect and resource function of bridge and its circumjacent environment. Bridge aesthetics should not only preserve the tradition of the research on bridge function, structure technology, configuration aesthetics and material mechanism, but also reflect the features of our age and the local culture background, expecting adapting itself to the development of times and the higher requirement of human on environment.
