摘    要:文中对冲锻焊阀门从制造工艺角度,对焊接后焊接应力进行分析,采用合理的热处理实验,对焊接热影响区晶粒直径、焊接应力状态,以及热处理温度和时间进行了测定研究,找到了Q345材质冲锻焊阀门合理的焊接残余应力处理工艺方法,在退火去除焊接残余应力的工艺中采用高温回火逐步向中温回火处理,既可以很好地减小焊接应力,又可以减小焊接后组织晶粒,进而有效地提高冲锻焊阀门的性能。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the welding stress after welding of the press forging valve according to the manufacture process. The grain diameter, welding stress and the temperature and time of the heat treatment were studied through the reasonable heat treatment experiment. The proper welding residual stress treatment process for the press forging valve made of Q345 was determined. Through removing welding residual stress in the annealing process using high temperature tempering to middle temperature tempering process step by step, the welding residual stress was diminished and the grain size was homogenized, which greatly enhanced the application properties of the press forging valve.
