摘    要:分析油品化学品铁路栈台装卸工艺,认为潜液泵直接卸车入罐工艺或潜液泵 离心泵(主泵)联合卸车工艺仍然有这样那样的问题,为了发挥潜液泵卸车工艺和真空系统卸车工艺各自的优点,对轻质产品铁路装卸技术建议采用改进型潜液泵 离心泵 真空联合装卸工艺。

Abstract:This article analyzes the railcar unloading processes for liquid oil and chemical products.It is found through analysis that there are still such and such problems of using submersed pump only or combining centrifugal pump with submersed pump to unload the railcar.In order to exert the advantage of submersed pump and vacuum pump respectively in unloading process,the author advocates,for lightweight products,to adopt combined unloading technique with submersed pump,centrifugal pump and vacuum pump.
