This paper establishes a synthetic evaluation index system of the urban rail transit transfer hinge with AHP method, quantifies the index system and gives different weights to all evaluation indexes. At last the generalized avail function is put forward to evaluate the transfer of urban rail transit hub. This paper also compares different projects with the value of the generalized avail function and illuminates the process to select the excellent project with examples.
